We understand that to maintain lasting business relationships, a company must make the interests of the customer and partners their own. We pledge to be honest and upright in all our dealings with our customers and business partners.
Cancellation Policy – Party Pipeline
Please note that once you have scheduled a booking with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will lose the full deposit amount, or 30% of your full payment if you booked online.
To avoid losing your deposit, or 30% of your online payment, please provide cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to your booking.
Weather Related Cancellations
For weather-only related cancellations received between the day of the event and 15 days prior to the event date, the deposit or 30% of the online payment amount is not refunded. We will issue a raincheck for the deposit amount that will be good for 1 year from the date issued. Any payments made beyond the deposit amount will be refunded.
